TJ “Blitz” Kreutzer is the Vice President of Operations of the We Defy Foundation. After graduating from the Air Force Academy, TJ went on to become an F-16 fighter pilot and later an instructor, eventually retiring with more than 20 years of service. We talk about his military career, how jiu-jitsu helps veterans heal from trauma, and the opportunities provided by the We Defy Foundation.
