Key Takeaways

  1. The 5 pillars of healthy living are physical health, mental health, spiritual health, relational health, professional health
  1. The limits of your imagination determine the limits of your ability. You have to free up space in your mind so that it can recharge and create space for better things.
  1. Spiritual health is not tied to a particular religion, rather it is tied to harnessing our connection with a purpose larger than ourselves.
  1. Relational health is about who we choose to spend our time with. Who we spend our time with influences our behaviors, feelings, and beliefs. What you believe about yourself and your abilities, how you treat yourself, and the kinds of activities you engage in – all have a lot to do with who you surround yourself with.
